Coffee Made Clear is designed to collect as little personal information as practical. This draft describes the Lean V1 site and must be updated if new services are enabled.
Information We Collect
When you use the contact form, we may receive the name, email address, reason for contacting us, and message you choose to provide. The form also includes anti-spam fields and a form-start timestamp. If the contact service is not configured, the form clearly says it is unavailable and does not transmit your information.
Our hosting provider may process standard web-request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. We do not collect newsletter signups at launch.
How We Use Information
We use information you submit to respond to questions, corrections, and other requests. Hosting and security information is used to operate, protect, diagnose, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies & Tracking
Coffee Made Clear does not use advertising trackers at launch. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled after its production configuration is verified; if enabled, it will be used for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. This policy must be revised before any materially different analytics, advertising, or profiling technology is added.
Third-Party Services
The launch plan uses Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and potentially privacy-oriented aggregate analytics. Google Search Console may process site ownership, indexing, and search performance data. A verified form provider will process contact messages if the contact form is activated. No email marketing platform or affiliate network is active at launch.
Retention & Your Choices
Contact messages should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or security obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by using the contact page. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
Children
Coffee Made Clear is a general-audience website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the site or its service providers change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
